What to expect from your consultation experience
As a first-time guest, you'll receive a little extra time with us to ensure we have a thorough consultation. This will allow us to discuss expectations of your dream hair, investment, day of appointment expectations, maintenance, and pricing. We will also answer any questions you may have about hair extensions and/or hair restoration solutions.
All appointments after the initial consultation are mapped out according to the plan that we customize for you. As we say, ONE SIZE DOESN'T FIT ALL. You will have a plan and a journey laid out for the complete look and style that you desire. We will show you how to wash, style, and treat your new hair, and you will be completely coached about after-care products to ensure you have everything you need to protect your investment.
Lunch is always included (on us) if your appointment lasts for several hours. We've got plenty of hot and cold beverages, wine, champagne, and snacks available for you, too!
