Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to accommodate all our guests effectively, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our reservation policies:

Consultations
We understand plans can change. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your consultation, we’re happy to refund your payment upon request, less a processing fee of 5% of your original payment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable.

Other reservations
Cancellations or rescheduling for haircut reservations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
For extension-related reservations and reservations exceeding 2 hours, please provide seven (7) business days' notice.
For these non-consultation reservations, no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling without the required advance notice will incur a 100% service fee charge.
